The ONLY drive to use! (2010-01-27)
Without fail this is the absolute best drive that keeps on running and running. I have burned up several other brands but this one has been going for years. We bought more to use on our other computers and media center.
Great for the price (2009-10-22)
Samsung created a nice piece of equipment here and it seems to work fine. The instructions were a little lacking and I did not install the Nero software that came with it. If I had one suggestion for Samsung it would be to offer alternatives to Nero, or add instructions on programing other DVD recording software for the unit. The product works great and it was a far better price than the unit I was replacing,
Horrible (2009-09-24)
This item is horrible. It came with no instructions at all. I have no idea how to hook it up or use. A total waste of Money!
Software with Vista (2009-09-01)
Delivery Service went well. The software is hard to get to work with Windows Vista and the help on the Samsung site is involved. I haven't used it because it was quicker to just buy a new computer with light scribe on it.

nunca habia comprado una unidad externa de cd pero la he probado y la verdad que me ha sorprendido con la rapidez y lo facil que fue la instalación con windows XP, la mejor opción en calidad-precio que existe en el mercado! la he usado de forma personal y la recomiendo!!!
