About Reebok
Reebok's United Kingdom-based ancestor company was founded for one of the best reasons possible: athletes wanted to run faster. So, in the 1890s, Joseph William Foster made some of the first known running shoes with spikes in them. By 1895, he was in business making shoes by hand for top runners; and before long his fledgling company, J.W. Foster and Sons, developed an international clientele of distinguished athletes. In 1958, two of the founder's grandsons started a companion company that came to be known as Reebok, named for an African gazelle.

A decent Watch from Reebok (2008-06-15)
This product has many features such as the stop watch, timer and heart rate monitor. It comes with a band to put around your chest as the receiver. The reason I gave this product four stars instead of five is because I believe the heart rate monitor's accuracy could be better. When I am on the treadmill, at the same pace for five minutes, the heart rate will jump from 160 to 180 and back and forth.
well worth it (2007-11-25)
once the watch monitor is set, the device is simple to use. It involves a chest strap, but this enables you an instant read of you heartrate.
Great for interval training, if you want to step up your workout, just figure 50-80% of your maximum heart rate, depending on your athleticism, and get out and do it. I lost 5 pounds in just 2weeks of using it. Plan on purchasing two more as Christmas gifts.
Works good, simple to use (2007-02-08)
This item works well and learning to use it was simple. My workout pace is control much better by monitoring my heart rate. I don't start too fast and then get exhausted before the end.
