320GB doesn't really mean 320GB (2008-12-31)
Nice compact size (and ruby red color), easy hookup, no power cord needed. Unfortunately you get significantly less than 320GB, more like 280GB. All due to the formatting process, no doubt. Otherwise, satisfactory.

This nice red flask works quite well and fits in my jacket pocket. First I worried about the two-pronged USB cable that came with it, but I used the drive on 4 different computers (including 3 laptops, one of them is Dell from 2003) and never needed second USB port to power it. This is not a speed monster, but neither is any other portable drive. I'm completely satisfied with performance. I give 5 stars for look and feel/build quality/size and 4 for performance.

Iomega Portable Hard Drive (2008-12-28)
The product was received in good condition. It was easy to set up and use. The design is sleek and the low profile makes it easy to use around other computer equipment. I'm very pleased with my purchase.

Good price, good looking, works fine (2008-12-28)
I've partitioned this drive for fat32 and ntfs and it has worked fine on Windows and Linux. Seems like a good product.

Great little drive for backups!!! (2008-12-27)
Small - Fast - Quiet - And it does everything as advertised.
I use it with my iMAC and Time Machine for backups. The small size is great for keeping the drive safe in a fire/water proof lock box. (You don't leave yours continuously plugged in to the computer do you? In case of fire/theft, if your computer goes bye-bye, your backup drive will most likely go with it - if it is plugged in at the time. If you have to keep a drive plugged in for some reason, get another eGo and rotate them, so that one is always in a safe place. This way, in case you computer goes bye-bye, you'll only lose SOME of your date/files/etc...) - See ya.
