Great Service - Product minimal use with DMC-FZ28 (2009-03-01)

The customer service was GREAT! UPS had delivered my package to the wrong address. After a few days of waiting for the the item to be returned their customer service was in the process of getting the claim in with UPS and having another order sent out. This process all stopped when the person on the next block brought the item to my home. I want to thank the man at customer service "Carlos" for all his help. I would buy products from this company again.
As for the product, it fits on the DMC-FZ28, but it limits the zoom capability. If you use the zoom too much, the camera lens will hit the add-on lens or filter. With x18 optical zoom and the wide angle capability of this camera, you really don't need the additional lens. Maybe I should have sent them back, but I had them over a month waiting for the camera from another company, before I found that they really are not needed.
